Shipping Policy

1. Createcomm Tech Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “JustMyRoots” or “we” or “us” or “our”) endeavour to deliver products to the recipient (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Customer” or “you” or “your”) as per the delivery date selected by User while placing the order.
2. The delivery time is subject to location you provided for delivery and factors beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”) including but not limited to unexpected travel delays from our logistics partners and transporters due to weather conditions, political disruptions, strikes, war, lockdown, pandemic, epidemic or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your e-mails and SMS regularly for updates.
3. Our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, you shall still be charged for the order and return/disposal of the products at the destination country. Since the products are perishable in nature, we will be not be able to accept any returns of such items.
4. If you refuse to accept the order, you shall still be charged for the order and return/disposal of the products at the destination country. Since the order was already shipped from our end; no refunds would be entertained for such item.
5. Depending upon the delivery location all products are delivered in 10-12 business days.
6. Each country maintains its own norms and policies for import of food products. In some countries the customers are required to furnish their valid id proofs and pay the custom duties and taxes for taking delivery and you are requested to co-operate with the authorities. Failing to do so, you will not be able to receive the products and we will not be able to cancel or refund the order. You shall further be charged for return/disposal of the products at the destination country.
7. You agree to pay the price applicable and displayed for the product on our website at the time you submitted your order, the delivery fees and handling charges, or any applicable taxes. Furthermore, you will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes, fees, duties, and other governmental charges, and any related penalties and interest, arising from the purchase of the products at the time of delivery at the destination country as per the norms of the destination country.
