Refund and Cancellation Policy

We at JustMyRoots are dedicated at offering you the best quality in our service. To provide the best customer satisfaction, we provide the following solutions. If you have any questions regarding this Policy please call our Customer Care Executive.

Substitution: In an event where a product that you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to give an option of an alternate product. If we are unable to get in touch with you, we will proceed with cancelling your order and sending you a complete refund.

Returns: Since we are sending items which are perishable in nature; we will not be accepting any returns. In case of an issue caused with reasons attributed to JustMyRoots, you may be entitled for a Refund.

Cancellation:

  1. There are some orders which we are unable to accept and can be cancelled by our side. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, like under any unforeseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available of purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department. Before cancelling any order, we will contact/ notify you.
  2. The orders are usually processed immediately, and cannot be modified/cancelled. However, in case you want to modify/cancel an order, you can reach us on +91-9311331270. If the order has not been prepared, we will try to modify/cancel the order for you. If the order has already been prepared/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled/modified and you will be charged for the order.

Refund:

You may be entitled to a refund if the delivery executive fails to deliver the Order due to a cause attributable to JustMyRoots, however such refunds will be assessed on a case-to-case basis by JustMyRoots. Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.

  1. If you have received damaged items or food that is different from your receipt, please contact us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order. You will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error.
  2. In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, please contact us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. You may cancel the missed food without any question, and we will refund the amount to a debit/ credit card refund.
  3. In the event we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment for the part undelivered.
  4. All refund amounts shall be credited to Buyer’s account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of Buyer’s choice within 10-15 days.

We are not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:

  1. The items are delivered to incorrect address provided by the Customer.
  2. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the Customer or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
  3. Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the recipient.
